Pokemon Alpha Sapphire is a role-playing game developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 3DS handheld console. It is a remake of the original Pokemon Sapphire game, which was released for the Game Boy Advance in 2003.
In the game, players take on the role of a young Pokemon trainer who sets out on a journey to explore the Hoenn region and become the Champion of the Pokemon League. Along the way, players must catch and train various Pokemon, battle against other trainers, and uncover the secrets of the legendary Pokemon that inhabit the region.
