Nemesis, also known as Gradius in some regions, is a classic shoot 'em up video game developed and published by Konami. The game was originally released for arcade machines in 1985 and later ported to various gaming platforms, including the Nintendo Game Boy.

The Game Boy version of Nemesis was released in 1990 and brought the intense side-scrolling shooting action of the arcade to the handheld system. In this game, players control a spacecraft known as the Vic Viper and must navigate through horizontally-scrolling levels while facing waves of enemy ships, obstacles, and powerful bosses.

The gameplay in Nemesis revolves around shooting down enemy ships and collecting power-ups.
